Buick has modestly updated the traditional American family sedan withoutcompromising the things its owners most admire. Its one concession to progress is front-wheel drive. But beyond that, the LeSabre represents two decades of refinement. Some American cars are trying to attract younger buyers by marrying the traditional full-size concept with better handling, and sleeker, more contemporary styling. The LeSabre, though, has stayed true to its tradition and has its own loyal following. The faithful are rewarded not only with what they like, but also with good value. LeSabre is more luxurious than many more expensive cars. Such traditional character is easy to admire.
